Audit and Data History capabilities to be offered by Gnosis.

Incorporating Audit and Data History into a system is a powerful complement to its security definition and we believe this functionality will become useful in many areas.

For example, with important data, such as legal documents, company reports, company procedures, and in engineering designs and technical drawings, Gnosis offers the capability to know who has made changes and when. Of greater potiential will be the capability to go back to any point in time and look at the data as it was, for example before a critical change, and evaluate from there.

Who changed, when changed and from what, can be used to evaluate who is responsible for discrepancies, mistakes, false entries and even possibly fraud. Thus the capability to store such information can act as protection as well as greatly improve the capacity to deal with data errors and false entries.
