Gnosis WORK MANAGER APPLICATION

The Gnosis Work Manager is a new Windows Application
that helps you manage Gnosis Transactions. Here is a brief
overview of what it does.
The Gnosis Work Manager is a simple, easy to use Windows
program that manages Gnosis Transactions, we have endeavored
to offer virtually full Gnosis Transaction functionality by
this application in an easy to use format.
The Gnosis Work Manager can create new Work (Transactions),
Show, Hide, Start & Stop (update of) Work, and Create
Save Points, Check, Browse, Rollback and Commit Work, as well
as Show as at Historic Date or at Save Point. You can Show
and Start your own or another users Work.
We have created two application modes, protected
and unprotected, so that when you work in protected
mode, the application prompts you to confirm the action you
have requested.
The application has three user interface styles. The Explorer
Style, the Tool Window Style and the Toolbar Style. The Explorer
style uses a larger window to display a Work Navigator and
details listing, whereas the Toolbar and Tool Window styles
use a smaller window to manage the Gnosis Work (Transaction),
in an unobtrusive manner and thus may be more suited to working
with other applications.
This program is designed to interact with other applications.
You can launch Applications from this program, from the launch
Application button or from the Check and Browse forms, by
double clicking in the results tree. This program also communicates
with desktop applications or your default browser. Bear in
mind that this functionality requires the correct settings
in the Gnosis Business Rule Manager, see Business Entities.
